     Carne Asada Marinade

1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Lime Juice
1/3 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Water
2 T Garlic, minced
1 T White Pepper
1-1/2 T Salt
1 T Cumin
1 T Chili Powder
1 T Mexican Oregano
1/4 tsp ground Cloves
1/2 Orange, sliced
1/4 bunch Cilantro, chopped (no stems)
4 to 6 lbs of Beef, sliced for Carne Asada

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Place beef in gallon sized freezer bag. Pour carne asada marinade over beef. Close bag and marinade meat for at least 1 hour before grilling. (Better if meat is marinaded at least 4 hours)
