Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and tortilla chips and cook, stirring, until the onion is softened, 2-3 minutes. Add the eggs and scramble them with the onion and tortilla chips, 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the eggs to a plate and top with the cheese and sauce.
Serve these with refried beans and warm flour tortillas.
