Thaw and squeeze Chopped Spinach until dry.
Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and Knor Soup Mix in large bowl. Add chopped Water Chestnuts and chopped green onions and blend well.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Stir before serving.
Serve with freshly cut pieces of french bread or chips.
