In large skillet add 3 tbsp water, thyme, dill, oregeno, basil,
zucchini, garlic, tomatoes, onion, peppers and mushrooms.
Vocer and cook over med/high heat for 8 minutes. Meanwhile
mix arrowroot, herb seasoning, vinegar, and 2 tsp water together
in small bowl. Add sauce to simmering veggies and cook 4 more
minutes or until sauce boils and thickens and veggies are tender,
stirring occasionally.
