cook rice according to package
|

|
mix arrowroot, water, aminos, tofu togerher in high powered
blender. Add walnuts and blend until smother.

|
Saute onions celery and mushrooms in water with seasonings and
herbs until veggies are soft.
|
|
|
Mix everything in bowl, olive oil in loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr
and 15 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes. Turn loaf and slice
