     Non-Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 C cooked brown rice
2 Tbs arrowroot powder
4 Tbs water
2 tsp Bragg liquid aminos
1 box soft tofu, drained and patted dry
3/4 C chopped walnuts
1 1/4 C chopped onions
1/2 c chopped celery
2 C chopped portabello mushrooms
 
1 Tbs water
1 Tbs no salt herb seasoning
2 Tsp spike (no salt)
1 1/2 tsp oregeno
1 1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp sage
3/4 C whole wheat bread crumbs

Instructions
cook rice according to package
mix arrowroot, water, aminos, tofu togerher in high powered blender. Add walnuts and blend until smother.
Saute onions celery and mushrooms in water with seasonings and herbs until veggies are soft.
Mix everything in bowl, olive oil in loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr and 15 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes. Turn loaf and slice
