Ingredients
1 C quinoa rinsed well
2 C water
1 C soy milk
vanillla
1/4 C chipped prunes
1/4 C dried blueberries
1/4 C raisins
1/4 C chopped dates
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 C chopped brazil nuts

Instructions
simmer quinoa in water for 10 min. When water is absorbed completely, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer another 10 minutes until soy milk is absorbed.
