     Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
optional 1/2 cup extra sugar
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Mix Egg,peanut butter,and 1 cup sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Shape into 24 balls smaller than a golf ball.
Roll in extra 1/2 cup sugar,if desired. Use a fork to make a criss cross on top of the cookie to flatten it out. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes at 350 Degrees F.
