     Red and Green Saute

Ingredients
1 lb. green beans
1 red pepper, sliced
1/4 c. slivered almonds
3 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Cut beans in half. Blanch, then shock in cold water. Toast almonds. Remove, add oil to pan. Saute onion, adding peppers, beans, S & P. Cook until heated through. Stir in almonds. Sprinkle with cheese.
