1 lb ground beef or turkey
|

2 cans corn, drained
|

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
|

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
|

1/2 cup milk
|

1/4 cup sour cream
|
|
1/4 cup cajun seasoning
|

4 cups frozen tater tots or hash browns

Instructions |

|
Brown meat. Stir in corn, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, and seasoning.

Grease 3 qt casserole dish. Place 2 cups tater tots in dish. Pour meat/corn mixture over.

|
Layer with remaining 2 cups of tater tots and remaining cheese.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 min or until golden brown and bubbly. Let rest 5 min before serving.
