Mix the first 5 ingredients and season with pepper.
Chill in fridge.

Put the panko crumbs in a pie plate. Whisk the egg.
Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.

|
|
Dip the fish in the egg and then coat in the bread
crumbs. Sauté the fish in the olive oil over medium
heat until crispy brown. You many need to sauté in
two batches.

|
Serve with the tarter sauce.
