     grilled flank steak with corn relish

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak
1/2 cup olive oil1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
Corn Relish-
2 Tbpn olive oil
2 medium seeded japapenos, finely choppped
2 cups fresh corn kernels (about 4 ears)
 
1 cup chopped red onion
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp cruished red pepper
1 Tbpn honey
3 Tbpn fresh lime juice

Instructions
Marinate flank steak inolive oil, Worcestershire saucd, and garlic for 1 3/4 hours. Remove from marinate and season with salt and pepper. Grill until medium-rare, about 7 minutes per side. Let steak rest 15 minutesbefore thinly slicing. Serve hot or at room temp., topped with corn relish
For corn relish- Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.Add onion and jalapenos and cook for 1 minute. Add corn and continue to cook until vegetables are slightly soft, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with remainng ingredients. Cool and serve at room temperature over grilled flank steak.
