     Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
2-3 lbs. chicken legs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soya sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
1-2 garlic, grated
 

Instructions
Place chicken in baking dish. In bowl, combine sauce. Pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 1-3 hours. Bake @ 350 for an hour.
