Oven 400.
Combine first 5 ingredients together. Shape into balls. Put on cookie sheet and drizzle with oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
In pan melt butter. Add hot sauce and whisk. Toss cooked balls to coat. Put each meatball on tooth pick and place on platter. Put dressing in little bowl and garnish with green onions. Cut celery and carrots to serve next to meatballs.
