     (WOOD) Shish ka bobs

Ingredients
1 lb steak
1 lb chicken or pork
1 lb sausage
1 onion
1 bell pepper
8 oz mushrooms
Canadian steak seasoning
Liquid smoke
Dale's seasoning
 
Worchestershire sauce
salt/pepper/garlic
Instructions
Cut chicken/pork, sausage, and steak into bite sized pieces. Cut steak larger than chicken. Season meat. Very small amount of liquid smoke and Dale's seasoning. Season liberally with canadian steak seasoning and worchestershire sauce. Salt, pepper, garlic as desired.
Cut onions and bell peppers into pieces. Cut mushrooms in half. Add to meat mixture.
Broil in large baking dish for 20-30 minutes (until meat is cooked) stirring periodically.
