Preheat ove to 350. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine cake mix, butter, and 2 beaten eggs. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle batter with chocolate chips and 1 cup pecans. Combine cream cheese, powderd sugar and 3 beaten egs; Beat well
Stir in 1/3 to 1/2 cup pecans and spread over chocolate chips and pecans.
Bake 40-60 minutes at 350.
