Fry beef over mediumlow heat. As meat cooks use a potato masher to break up meat to rice size pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook another 5 minutes. Pack meat into a 1/2 cup measure and place on steamed bun. Use condiments as desired. Minced onions are traditional
