1/3 cup Hellman's mayonnaise & 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
Instructions
Cover potatoes with 1 inch water, bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Drain, cook potatoes slightly, and peel and cut into cubes. Place warm potatoes in a large bowl and add vinegar and salt and pepper. and toss gently. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate till cool.
Mix mayonnaise, miracle whip and mustard. Mix potatoes and onion and gently fold in sauce mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste, refrigerate for at least one hour. Add more sauce if necessary to make it as moist as you like.
