1 can whole kernel corn - undrained (I also add 1 can
drained)
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 stick of butter or margarine (softened or melted)
1 box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
Instructions
Mix first five ingredients. Add muffin mix and stir well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Place swiss cheese on top and bake 10 mor minutes.
