Preheat oven 375. Line baking sheet with foil.
Place peppers and onions on one half of sheet. Drizzle with oil. Place meatballs on other side. Bake 10 minutes. Turn meatballs over and toss veggies. Bake another 10-12 minutes.
Place sauce in bowl. cover and warm in mic. Add meatballs and veggies to sauce; Stir together. Evenly divide mixture among 4 buns.
