Put pot of water in to pot and put on stove to boil. Get onions and green peppers and chop them into small dices. Place onions and green pepper into large frying pan and place heat on medium. While that's cooking put ground be into the same frying pan. Season meat and mix in and chop with fork so the ground beef don't get to lumpy. About 10 to 20 minutes while the meat is cooking add pasta noddles to boiling hot water.

After the meat and pasta noddles are cook all the way through and a layer of meat to each personal pan. After you put placed the meat in the pans evenly do the same thing with the pasta noddles. Do not mix in yet just layer it.

Add some tomato sauce to each personal pan and a layer of cheese. Mix in everything together so that most of the pasta and meat has sauce and cheese on it. After that add another layer of sauce, make sure its enough to cover the top of the pasta. Do not mix in. Then add a layer of cheese on top of the sauce. Do not mix in.

Place personal pans into the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out and serve.
