Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
7 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp conrstarch
3 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
Bring 1 1/2 cups milk to a boil over low heat. Add egg yolks, sugar and corn starch to remaining 1/2 cup milk and add to hot milk. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly, until glossy. Remove from heat, add butter and salt. when cool, add vanilla.
