     Four Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can green beans, drained
1 can wax beans, drained
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup slivered red or green peppers
8 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup sliced celery
3/4 c nutrasweet
1/2 c cider vinegar
 
1 tbls canola oil
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
In a large salad bow., combine all of the beans and veggies. In a small bowl, combine emaining ingredients; stir until the nutrasweet dissolves. Pour over bean and veggie mixture. Cover and refrigerae overnight, stirring several times.
The original recipe called for 14/c oil and 3/4 cup sugar. This works just as well. I see no need for all that oil. It just makes it greasy.
