     Breakfast - Turkey Sausage Patti

Ingredients
10 oz lean ground turkey (90% or more fat free.)
1/2 tsp sage leaves
1/2 tsp thyme leaves
1/4 tsp crushed rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp olive or vegetable oil
 

Instructions
Using a fork, in medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil mixing well. Shape in 8 1/4 inch thick patties.
In 12 inch skillet heat oil, add patties and cook until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
4 servins 2 patties each
Exchange- 1/2 fat 2 protein
