     Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
4 cups sugar
1 stick margarine or butter
1 pint marshmallow cream
1 small jar peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 13oz can evaporated milk (all ecept 4 tablespoons)
 

Instructions
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in large saucepan stirring constantly, until it comes to a full boil. Let it boil 7 minutes (stirring contantly).
Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and marshmallow cream until well blended. Add vanilla.
Pour into 9 x 13 buttered pan. Let cool. Makes 4 pounds.
