Mix crumbs with margerine. Press into 9 inch spring form pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool crust. Mix chocolate chips and part (over half) of the whipping cream and melt together in microwave. Cool. Soften slightly first kind of icecream then spoon over crust and press down. Freeze.

Top with half the chocolate mixture. Freeze. You can add nuts or candy to top of the this before freezing if you like. When frozen do the icecream and chocolate layers again using your second choice of icecream and the rest of the chocolate mixture.

When frozen again top with the rest of the whip cream that has been whipped with a little icing sugar. Top with your choice of decorations (crushed or cutup candy bars, m&m's etc. Freeze again. Atleast over night.

Whipped topping will freeze hard so you can also write with icing on it when frozen.
