Preheat oven to 350. Mix first three ingredients. It initially seems too dry. Blending by hand will incorporate the ingredients better than anything else. Once cookie dough is wet and blended mix in chips. Drop by large spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes.
