1/2 cup saurkraut drained, squeezed dry and chopped
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 cup fine;y shreded Swiss cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough. Separate into 8 rectangles. Press perforations together to seal. Finely chop corned beef and sauerkraut.
Spread 1 1/2 tsp. of dressing onto each rectangle. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Starting at shortest side roll up each rectangle, jelly roll style. Press seams together to seal.
Cut each roll into four 1-inch thick slices. Place cut sides down. bake 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with additional Thousand Island dressing.
