     Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup canned pineapple with juice
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 TBP chili garlic sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBSP roasted sesame oil (we use conola oil)
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 

Instructions
In a medium bowl or resealable plastic bag, mix all of the ingredients except for the chicken . Add in the chicken, submerging it in the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Transfer the chicken to a 13.5 x 9.5 x 2 inch glass baking dish in a single layer and pour the remaining marinade over it.
Cover with aluminum foil, bake for 30 minutes or until it's no longer pink inside.
