     Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients
4 Lg. Chicken Breasts
6 Pcs. Bacon
1 c. Cubed Ham
1 onion
1 lb. Bowtie noodles
1 c. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mozzerella cheese
 
1/2 stick butter
1 can chicken broth
Dash of salt and pepper

Instructions
Meat- Chop up onion finely and fry with chicken breasts in 2 tsp. of butter. when done set aside. fry bacon and ham bits then chop up to good size chunks. set meat aside.
Sauce- In same pan use other half of butter, mix together with flour to make a rue.Mix in Heavy cream and chicken broth, whisk till no clumps. simmer for 10 min. add s&p, 1/2 c.mozz. cheese and parmesan cheese. ( should be somehwhat thin.)
Boil Noodles till Al' Dente. Drain and pour noodles in Large Casserole dish. Add meat mixture and cream sauce. sprinkle more parmesan cheese and the rest of mozzarella on top. Bake @ 375 degrees for 15min. Until Cheese is golden brown.
Good when served with peices of garlic tst.!

Serves 4-6 people.
