     Rhubarb Preserves

Ingredients
5 cups finely cut rhubarb
4 cups granulated sugar
 

Instructions
Let sit so sugar and fruit juice mix. Then boil for 10 minutes. Remove from fire and add - 1 pkg (3 oz) strawberry jello) or any flavor
Pour into small jars. Keep in refrigerator. It it is sealed tight while hot, no refrigeration is required.
