     Pie Crust (made whith lard)

Ingredients
1 cup lard
1/3 cup cold water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 egg
 
Instructions
Beat all ingredients until like whipped cream. Add 3 cups flour (one cup at a time). Then chill and roll between waxed paper.
Makes 4 single crusts or 2 double crusts.
Can be made the day before it is to be used.
