     Wilton Classic Butter Cream Icing

Ingredients
1 Cup solid whtie vegetable oil
1 tsp of wilton flavor (vanilla, almond, or butter)
2 tablespoons of milk or water
1 Ib. pure cane confectioners sugar (aprox 4 cups)
1 tablespoon of Wilton Meringue Powder
1 pinch of salt optional
Chocolate Buttercream
add 3/4 cup cocoa and 3 1oz unsweetened choloate squares, melted and additional1 to 2 tablespoons of
 
water to the recipe. Mix until well blended

Instructions
Cream shortening, flavoring and water. Add dry ingridients and mix on medium speed until all infredients have been throughly mixed together. Blend and extra minute or so, until creamy.
