     Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce

Servings   1 1/2 cups

2/3 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
1/4 margarine or butter
1 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla

In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan melt together the chocolate pieces and margarine. Gradually add the powdered sugar and evaporated milk, stirring constantly. Bring mixgure to boiling; reduce heat.
Cook, stirring constantly for 8 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in vanilla. Let sauce stand for 10 minutes.
Seal and store in refrigerator. Reheat as needed.
