In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan melt together the chocolate pieces and margarine.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and evaporated milk, stirring constantly.
Bring mixgure to boiling; reduce heat.
Cook, stirring constantly for 8 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Let sauce stand for 10 minutes.
Seal and store in refrigerator.
Reheat as needed.
