     Grilled Talapia

Ingredients
Talapia Fillets
Olive Oil
White Wine
1/2 lemon
 

Instructions
Mix 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 Tablespoons White Wine, juice of 1/2 lemon and a dash of minced garlic. In a shallow baking or pan, pour the mixture over the talapia fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes. ( I prepped this in the morning with the fillets still frozen and let them soak all day while they defrosted)
Once ready to grill, make a few tin foil trays or boats. Place two or three of the fillets in each tray. Spoon the marinate on top. Grill on low for about 7 minutes. Use a spatula to flip them over. Grill for another 6 or 7 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
1 or 2 fillets per person, they are light
