In wok or large skillet heat 2 tbsp corn oil over medium-high heat.
Add; sliced mushrooms, snow peas, mung bean sprouts, and green onions; stir fry 2 minutes. Remove.
Add to skillet; 1 tbsp corn oil, shrimp; stir fy 2 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
Return vegetables.
Stir in 1 cup Stir-Fry Sausce Mix.
