     Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1/3 cup water
1 (12oz ) bottle chili sauce
6 oz. grape jelly
2 tbsp lemon juice
 

Instructions
Mix beef, egg, bread crumbs and water. Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in a 3 quart casserole. Shape meat mixture into balls about the size of a walnut and place in the chili mixture. MW, covered, on full power for 15 minutes. Stir. MW covered on High for 8 minutes more, or until desired doneness.
