     Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

Ingredients
for the cake-
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup water
2 sticks oleo
2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs mixed with 1/2 cup buttermilk ( or milk )
 
for the frosting-
1 stick oleo
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 TBS. buttermilk ( or milk )
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
Bring to a rapid boil- peanut butter, water and oleo. Then pour over flour,sugar,salt and soda.
mix the eggs and 1/2 cup butermilk and add to mixture. Pour on a greased sheetcake pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
Frosting is to be added to the cake while both are hot. That makes it fudgy! I beat the frosting with a mixer enough to mix the powdered sugar completly.
Frosting- Bring to a rapid boil; oleo, 1/2 cup peanut butter and buttermilk. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost while cake and frosting are HOT! Enjoy!!
