     Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
Pastry for two-crust pie
1 1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp grated orange zest
1/8 tsp salt
2 1/2 cup rhubarb, cut in half inch pieces
2 1/2 cup strawberries
2 tbsp butter
 

Instructions
Combine sugar, flour, zest and salt. Toss with rhubarb and strawberries. Line 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Place pie bird. Spoon in fruit and dot with butter. Cut hole in center of second pastry and place top crust. Seal and flute edges. Bake at 400°F for 50 minutes until golden.
