Mix measurements to your liking. Place uncooked crust onto pan. Pour olive oil onto curst and coat the entire crust with a pastry brush. Put spinach all over curst. Sprinkle with garlic. Top with mozzarella. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
