Ingredients
2 lb. large peeled shrimp
1 stick butter
3 cloves garlic
1 can beer or equivalent amount wine
2 package Sazon Goya
2 tbsp pimennto moida (use less if using Franks Red Hot)
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup white rice
 
1 cup stock (seafood or vegetable)

Instructions
Melt better in sautee pan until foam recedes. Add onion and sautee until translucent.
Add chopped garlic. Sautee for 1 min. Don't brown the garlic.
Add pimento moida and/or Franks, stock, and Sazon goya. Bring to a boil.
Add beer or wine. return to a boil. Add rice and olive oil. Simmer for 20 min or until most of the water is absorbed. Add shrimp and sautee approx. 10 min.
