     No-Bake Peanut Oat Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup peanut butter,(either style)
1 3/4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
 
Instructions
In medium saucepan mix sugar, and cocoa. Add milk and butter. Put over medium heat and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and oats.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil-lined sheet pan. Let stand until firm and cold
Store airtight.
