Mix baking mix, dry milk and dry egg substitute. Store in plastic bag.
To prepare-
Mix pancake mixture and water. Beat until smooth. Fore each pancake, pour scant 1/4 cup batter onto hot skillet. (Grease skillet if necessary.)
Cook until pancakes are dry around edges.
Turn; cook other sides until golden brown.
About 13 pancakes.
