Set your oven to broil on low. If you put it on high your torillas will burn before the middle is all melted. If you have reached desired crisp to tortilla and middle is not all melted, microwave
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil to avoid cleaning it afterwards. Cook chicken first and then shred or cube.
Place one torilla on lined cookie sheet and sprinkle just a little cheese on it to make sure it sticks to all the ingrediants.
Add (to taste) chicken, black beans, and diced tomatos avoiding the juice as to not make it soggy.
Top with lots of yummy cheese and then put the other tortilla on top and press together firmly to make sure they stick together.
Place in oven for about 5 minutes. Keep checking on them because they cook pretty fast. When done move to a plate with a spatcula before cutting. Cut with a pizza cutter into slices and enjoy.
Optional- Salsa and Guacamole can be eaten with these on the side or spread on top. (There are packages of seasonings for both salsa and guac in the produce section of stores, these are very good, quick and easy

Make sure to make your quesadilla on the cookie sheet because they are hard to move. You do not have to pre cook your black beans before adding them.
