Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9X13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the confectioners' sugar; mix well and pour into the baking dish.
|
|
|
|
Bake for 30 - 35 mins, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
|
|
|
|
Let cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, cut into squares, and serve.
