Cook sausage and onion until brown. Drain add saurerkraut and 2 tbs. bread crumbs. Combine cream sheese, parsley, mustard, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir into saurerkrut mixture. Chill shape into balls. coat with flour, add milk to beaten eggs.
Dip into egg milk and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil to brown and then bake 375 for 20 minutes.
