     Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes mashed
2 tbs flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup butter
Topping
1 cup chopped nuts-topping
 
1/3 cups melted butter-topping
1/3 cup flour-topping
1 cup brown sugar-topping
Instructions
Mash potatoes, add butter and sugar and salt. Beat eggs, add vanilla and flour. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish
For Topping Mix and spread over potato mixture. Bake 350 for 35 min
