1/3 cup blueberries, raisins, or nuts of your choice
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the oats, coconut oil,
syrup, sea salt, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar and water. If you do
not have quite enough liquid to cover the oats, go ahead and add a
little more water, just enough to cover the oats.
Save the rest of the ingredients for the next day. Meanwhile, cover
the bowl and let sit on the counter overnight until the next
morning. (soaking overnight at room temp is a very important step
and should not be left out)
The next morning, using a separate bowl, slightly beat the egg with
a fork and mix in the vanilla and baking soda. Add the egg
mixture to the oatmeal mixture. Once that is combined, stir in the
blueberries/raisins/nuts. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
