Cake; Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) or 13x9 inch pan. Line bottom of pans with wax paper.

Beat eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Blend in remaining cake ingredients.
Pour batter into prepared pans.

|
Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Immediately remove wax paper. Cool completely on wire racks.

|
Frosting-
Beat butter and vanilla.
Add; Combined powdered sugar and cocoa alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
Frost Cake.
