     Homestyle Pot Roast with Biscuits

Ingredients
3 llb chuck roast
carrots
cut potatoes
celery
baby pearl onions
salt
pepper
garlic salt
biscuits
 

Instructions
salt and pepper your meat, then brown all sides in a pan.
add to your crock pot and fill with water, till the meat is completely covered. Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours
in a separate pan, boil carrots, celery, potatoes and onions until soft. add veggies to crock pot and let veggies soak up the flavors from the water.
bake biscuits and serve up your meal! meat should be tender enough to melt in your mouth...
