     Potato Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 small head (1 lb) cabbage
3 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup diced lean cook ham
6 cups fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup fat-free-half-and-half
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except half-n-half in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on high 6 hours.
Remove 2 cups vegetables and 1 cup liquid. Puree in a blender, then return to cooker. Stir in half-and-half. Cook 20 more minutes.
Makes 6 servings
Per serving- 180 cal, 15 g pro, 22 g. carb, 4 g fat, 2 g sat fat, 28 mg chol, 4 g fiber, 236 mg sodium.
